I have been gaining weight for four months. I weight 57 kgs that is gross 10 kgs of weight gain. To put full stop to this trend, I have been searching ways to reduce my weight.
At that time, I heard about this zumba class from one of my friend/ junior. I was instantly interested in this course not only because it will help me reduce some of my weight but it will also keep be healthy. Besides the location is near to my college, it will be easier for me to join my college after the class. So, I decided to join the course which will cost Rs.2000 per month.
The class starts from 5:30 to 6:30 in Sankhamul. As my college starts from 6:30, I have to wrap my my zumba till 6:20 and get dress and head for college.
Even though, I was not able to make any friends in my first day of class, I was happy to be part of the group. But I am sure I will soon be able to converse with them and be part of the group. The class is fun and exciting apart from tiring.
Overall, I had great experience on the first day of my class..

Whenever I ask my friends, teachers about American embassy library, only answer I get is "the security procedure is so tiring". I used to wonder and think they don't exactly tell me about the books, environment and the people around there. But keep on explaining about the security procedure. That was little weird!!
Now, after my visit to embassy today I know why people are bragging about it. I would not call it bragging cause I know now it is actual reality. Come on, I have been checked like 4 times during my visit to library. They check you starting from main entrance, then entering in building, after entering building and then before going to library. lots of procedure!!! Not only this you wont be allowed to take any of your possessions in the embassy. Well not allowing bags I understand that but your cell phones, any of your cards that was too much. But to think it on other way around, it was cool of them to maintain that level of security. I bet this was my first experience to go through such level of security checking apart from my airport experience.
Talking about the library experience, as expected I find it very peaceful and has maintained it standard in a good way. I was pretty excited to find fiction books which I have not read before. In order to borrow books from the library, I also applied to become one of its member. For the membership card, one has to pay 200 and the card had to be renewed after 6 months with Rs100.
By that card, one can borrow 2 books for 15 days. After that, fine of Rs.1 will be added in case of late submission.
Looking forward to use the facility of the library... :D

Finally, today I visited Nepal bharat library which is located in the building of Nepal airlines corporaton, New road. It was established in 1956 for the purpose to meet the desires of those who is interested in information regarding India.
I wanted to visit it for a long time and now I am wondering why I didn't go to visit it sooner. Absurd right? I have passed the way every week and I was unaware of its existence.
I dont know if its only me but there are certain things that I so want to do in my lifetime but still I always procrastinate... Sometimes I fear that this life wont be enough for me to fulfill my wishes cause I do not seem to start doing things that I want.
Well speaking of my visit, I was surprised to see the huge library such like that even though I cant find books that interest me. but the library can be heaven for those who are interested in Indian history, economy, politics, religion, biographies, cinema, literature and many more.
Apart for that the library has subscription to major Nepali as well as Indian newspapers and magazines.
It can be perfect destination for bibliophiles which will give you perfect environment for peaceful studying. Apart for that one can be a member of the library by filing up simple application form. It requires pp size photos, citizenship photocopies, registration fee of 1000. Similarly after being member of the library one has to pay fee of 100 annually. The membership card will give one right to borrow upto 2 books from the library which needs to be returned within 14 days of issuance.
Do visit the library if you are nearby the place. You will not regret. :D

Someday, I am going to design my own closet room and fulfill my dream project. That day is not so far and I can feel that day approaching and getting ready with my design to get implemented very soon. It is my baby and seeing the baby grown up into a beautiful person, is the dream came true for every mother. That is the feeling I am gonna get. O god, I just can't wait for that day....
Right now, I am living with my parents so it is difficult for me to get it done. you know all the stuff "money doesn't grow in trees and you spend a lot in stuffs thing", I don't want to listen to that crap especially from my mom. She always had problem with my spending even if it's the money I earned. "You have to save money for future. Being eldest in the family just think about your brother and sister." I can't blame her, she is right in her way and I am in my way because that is not going to stop me from pursuing my dreams and living my life the way I want.
Anyway what's the use of all the trouble when after one year or so I am going to abroad for studies. Furthermore maybe after 4-5 years they will get me married and I have to leave my room, my closet basically everything and live with my husband. Hahahah..Funny and I am thinking of too far. Whatever, I have dream to built my own house, meaning design ;) and this closet project has been on my bucket list since my childhood.
Okay, so when did I started to have this feeling and want let's get into that. I watch lots of movies, series and lots of books, from then on I get this idea. I envy those actors who had their own closet rooms in those movies. I know its not real just a part of fiction and fantasy but hello if that can be built for a movie then it can be built for real life , isn't it? Call it my stubbornness or me being annoying, whatever you may call but definitely will get it done myself.
DESPERATELY WAITING FOR THAT ONE DAY...

1st march, winter is about to wrap itself up so I
thought why not to start shopping for summer? Yes, I know it’s too early to
shop for summer but who cares?
Another reason for shopping was my new job. I had this
interview for the job of Customer service representative in one of the well-
known departmental stores in the area. It went well, they were pretty cool and
we had fun chatting. It was rather like sharing life and career with one of
your friends than the job interview. I must say it was one of the best job
interviews that I have ever taken. The reason, I was not pretending but being
myself. I guess they liked me as they asked me to join from the day after. Because
of my exams I could not join immediately so I got time of 2 weeks which is
going to be over very soon.
As my wardrobe needs to be revised cause it really sucks
right now. So I decided to start new and headed for shopping as I wont get time
as soon as I join this job cause the work time is 10:30 am to 6: 30 pm straight
eight hours. Tough right ? I had to go to college early in the morning @ 6 then
as soon as my classes are over I had to rush to my workplace. Never mind, I am
happy that I am going to lose some weight in coming future :D :D
I got new pair of jeans, check shirt, t-shirt and spring
cardigan for now. But couldn’t finish shopping boots, leather jacket, boyfriend
jeans cause I didn’t find the right one for me.
And 2nd March, this morning I found out from one
of the blogs that we could open accounts at goodreads. Really??
My bad, I have been following goodreads for so long and I didn’t know
that? Again, Never mind cause I opened my account and join the 2015 book
reading competition and completed editing my whole account.
I always wanted to keep record of the books that I have read
and reading and share it to the whole world. I didn’t find the proper way of
sharing it until now. I am glad that I discover this new way of getting updated
about new books and keeping records of finished book. Regarding this challenge , I will try hard to win this
challenge.
Weather is too challenging as it has been raining
continuously for last two days. How can someone prepare for exams in this kind
of weather when you can only think about is cup of coffee cozy bed and
blanket.. Too cozy and too warm and watch rains falling outside the window.
O NO… I am not going to get good marks like this... STUDY
TIME bye bye CYA soon…

Allergies?
I have always been a foodie. I don't really care much about the weight gain and all the effects of eating much than needed. But it's been 1 month I guess that I have been suffering from allergies and the cause I have no idea and have to become a veggie.
My whole body aches with pain and itching because of which I have developed skin rashes.
Firstly, on the surface of my skin there is formation of some dots and then it develops into much bigger size which increases both the pain and itching.
And guess what happen today? The allergies have started to develop in my face also.
So what I am supposed to do?
I have gone to dermatologist and take his appointment. I was relieved that finally I am going to get rid of these allergies. But he didn't bother to check on me. After I explained what had happened he gave me those little tablets.
Those tablets were very effective when it comes to removing that small dots immediately after you take them. But it has only short term effect. I came to know that it will make the nervous system to slow down causing us to sleep more. We tend to sleep more than 12 hours, and still when you wake up one still feel sleeplessness. It is my personal experience.
So, still because of its immediate effect and relief and I continue to take those tablets. But as time passed I felt that I needed a long term solution for the allergies and the exact cause of it. So, one of my cousin recommend me to go and try Ayurvedic medicine. He also used to have allergies same as mine and after 3 months of daily use of herbal products he got his recovery. So, I thought why not try that out?
I went there and he checked on my pulses and skin and gave me 2 kinds of tablets. He suggested me to leave all those oily, salty and chilly foods and ignore fish and meat products as much as possible. Then I tried to turn myself into a veggie which is probably not possible for a foodie like me.
The herbal medicine does not have immediate effect so I am waiting for my recovery.
Next thing, my mom did was take me to one of the popular godman in our society who happens to be our relative. She has a blind faith that the cause of allergy was because of some negative conspiracies done by my enemies and all that 'jadu mantra'. I went there and she told my mom to do lots of pujas and aartis to gods and goddesses. To prevent myself from this disease, I have to please gods and goddesses. My mom is occupying her time doing all that nowadays.
And I am here thinking what is the cause of my allergy???
As soon as I get my recovery I will let you know....

This was my first Sheldon
novel and I had no idea what to expect. Now after completing this book I sit
with a regret as to why I haven't tried any Sidney Sheldons. Sidney Sheldon in
his book Master of the Game , describes the unique story
of Kate Blackwell, the protagonist of the novel – through the journey of a girl
and her metamorphosis into a woman. A trip down the dynamic memory lanes from
her early teens to her old age. The novel portrays five generations captured
into one book - all of them striking in their own way. The novel is not only
mind blowing but also awe inspiring.
The whole plot revolves around Kate Blackwell. The novel begins with her and ends with her as well. As the reader gradually turns the pages of the book, they witness the changes in lives of Kate Blackwell’s parents, Jamie and Maggie Maguire, her son Tony Blackwell and his twin daughters Eve and Alexandra.
The story flashes from past to present and again to past without leaving any scope of ambiguities or confusion for the readers. The author portrays the leading protagonist Kate Blackwell as a strong, calculating and shrewd woman who outwits and overshadows all the other characters. Even her evil spirited young grand-daughter Eve is found lacking compared to her infinite charm and charisma. Sheldon has merged sex and power-play in an outstanding fusion.
Life of Kate Blackwell was definitely portrayed as a roller-coaster ride. She is a strong, virile, intelligent and powerful woman with a mind sharper than a knife's edge, who sets out to conquer the world and comes out to be the true Master in the game of life.
One of Sheldon's most sensational masterpiece, the best -selling author undoubtedly brings out an unputdownable book that would make the reader’s heart beat faster with the turn of each page.

“My goal is simple. It is complete understanding of the universe, why it is as it is and why it exists at all”. -Stephen Hawking
Well most of us have heard about Stephen Hawking but I bet only some of us have knowledge about what he is famous for. Am I right?
Born on January 8 in 1942, in Oxford England Stephen William Hawking is a world renowned theoretical physicist. He is known for his contributions to the fields of cosmology, general relativity, and quantum gravity especially black holes. He is also popular for his bestselling book A brief History of Time, Black holes and baby universes and other essays, the universe in a nutshell, my brief history and the grand design.
His book ‘Theory of everything’ is a collection of his several lectures which has been on different topics of Physics. He has complied some of the basic theories related to physics given by Aristotle, Augustine, Newton, Einstein and many others in this short book in such a simplicity that it is understandable to everyone not just scientists. His attempt to explain those sophisticated and complex theories has been successful. Throughout the book he slowly and gradually uncovers the theories related to black holes, big bang, space and time in such a childlike way. To make it easy and simple, he gives examples relating the complex physics theories with daily life. Like when he conclude why universe is expanding from the broken cup example.
Lastly he tries to incorporate all these theories and searches for one unified theory which can explain everything. The book is quite easy to understand and send us to back to those days when we have to read about those gravitational laws and other theories during our school times. The book consists of seven different chapters each explaining theories related to physics.
Talking about recent release ‘Theory of Everything’, it is a movie adapted from the memoir written by Jane Wilde Hawking called Travelling to Infinity: My life with Stephen. The movie revolves around her relationship with Stephen Hawking, Stephen’s quest of finding the unified theory which explains our existence, his disability and the way he coped with the disease and got success in physics.
The book was more about the Stephen’s lecture on Black holes and other sophisticated theories but the movie make up only small percentage of the book. It is more focused on the love and drama and complicated human relationships including marriage, infidelity, loyalty, motherhood, friendship etc. The movie indeed left us with lot of things to think on our existence. The movie is inspiring and depressing at the same time. Inspiring in the sense that of all those difficulties with his disability, Stephen never gave up his quest on finding the theory of black holes and the beginning of time.
Eddie Redmayme has done such a jaw dropping performance as Stephen Hawking for which he has been awarded with many of the awards and titles. Regardless of the physical state of the character, he has portrayed the personality of Stephen in such a compelling way that at some point we will take him as a real Stephen.
Equally capable and strong is the character of Jane Wilde which is played by Felicity Jones. She was flawless in the character as Jane. It is said that woman is another name of love, affection, and the character has indeed proved it. Despite of all the consequences she knew she had to face if she remain with Stephen, she never gave up on him. But she married him and took care of him and their three children with lots of compromises and no complains.
Another important character in the movie Jonathan Jones which is played by Charlie Cox. He is a widower who starts to develop close relationship with both Stephen and Jane. In the difficult times, he helped the Hawking family to raise the children of Stephen and taking care of Stephen. During the process, Jonathan and Jane had already started to develop an emotional relationship.
Good thing about the movie is, it has not modified the memoir of Jane as it didn’t have any typical love and drama to be seen in Hollywood movies. Jane cared for her husband unconditionally and it hadn’t portrayed her as a betrayer when she developed feelings for Jonathan. Neither it has shown Stephen as cheater when he left Jane. But it showed that we all are humans and it is normal to occur such stage in marriage. There is not a place where we think Jonathan as a villain. So, the movie is more realistic , the one which we can relate to. It was not happily ever after for Jane and Stephen together but they were happy with Jonathan and Elaine.
Another thing about this movie that I liked the most is you are never going to feel sorry for Stephen at any point of this movie. This is probably because he himself didn’t feel sorry for himself instead when he was diagnosed with the disease he was happy to know that his brain won’t be affected. This actually is very inspiring as it teaches us to see positive sides of life.
Overall this movie is complete package of love, drama, hope and has portrayed the life of brilliant theoretical scientist in a beautiful way.

Most of the people I met today were not happy. It's like they were going through bad phase in their life. I didn't talk to them but their sadness was visible from their eyes. Eyes were being mirrors to their hearts. It made me sad too.
It is said that happiness can be doubled when shared and sadness can be reduced when shared. I wanted to talk to them and ask what's wrong. With it even if I won't be able to take their sorrows and griefs away but maybe that will light their hearts.
I wanted to say this is life and it happens. We cannot have happiness all the time and even sadness will not remain with us all of our life. When the person is capable of making you happy and don't forget they will also be the reason behind our sadness. Acceptance is the first way of making every grief go away....
"AND GUESS WHAT IT TAKES SADNESS TO KNOW WHAT HAPPINESS IS"

What if, you and your close friend had a fight? And during that period of time some bunch of people tried to take advantage and make that relationship even worse?
Some crazy and insane people keep on saying bad things about your friend at that time.
Will you listen to all that bullshit just because you have a small fight with your best friend?
The answer is no. You will immediately take the side of your best friend because you know they are wrong. At that time you feel that you are also on wrong side. No matter what one should support the truth and when it comes to best friend it becomes important to you to defend him/her. Isn't it?
Suppose, you and your friend work out your differences at the end. Will you brag about the thing which you did for her/him?
Will you tell him/her "You know, I have made enemies out of all the classmates just because I support you"?
That is a BIG question mark?
FRIENDS DON'T BRAG ! THEY ARE FRIENDS BECAUSE THEY UNDERSTAND YOU AND ACCEPT YOU WITH ALL YOUR FLAWS AND STILL BE WITH YOU WITH NO COMPLAINS AND NO REGRETS.

Recently completed the series of fifty shades.
Not possible to write the review of three series as I completed the first series one year ago :D.
But yes it was definitely page turner, it was new kind of love story even though there are lots of rumors about being the book about BDSM. Yes, to some extent it was only in first series when Christian Grey was total stalker rather than lover.
The book revolves around Christian Grey who have some psychological problem ( his tendency to dominate, sex life, trust issues) because of his terrible childhood. The book shows how love can transform such an arrogant, dominant so called FiFty shades into loving, supportive and not so fifty shades.
Therefore for me I find it very captivating and breath taking series. Definitely girls can spend their time reading it and to some extent it was like a fairy tale ( Christian's being stalker idk i like it ;) and come on gifting a car it's not a joke!
Let's see if the movie can do same magic or not. Eagerly waiting for all of the series to release ASAP.

The international bestselling author of the book ‘The
alchemist’ , Paulo Coelho is back with his new book Adultery. But unfortunately
the book has failed to hit the right chord of the readers. Although author has
tried to keep it simple the book lacks proper story and its implementation.
Most of his fans will be disappointed from his new book as it offers the same
old story which we have been reading all the times.
The story revolves around the main character Linda, who is a
journalist by profession. She is a married woman with loving and supportive
husband with two children. Although she
seems to have perfect family which all the women dreams of having, she feels
lonely all the time. She is dissatisfied with routine life where she has to
wake up early, make breakfast for children, go to work and come home. She feels
that something is missing in her life ; may be love, passion or adventure we
don’t know. Full of confusion she couldn’t figure out what is actually
happening to her.
Suddenly one day, she meets her ex-boyfriend from her school
days naming Jacob. Jacob is a politician who meets Linda in workplace for an
interview. Eventually, they start to meet in different places of the city.
Linda once again finds out the completeness in her empty and lonely life by
meeting Jacob. But as both of them are having extra marital affairs they fear
of being exposed. The feelings for Jacob has been portrayed as the feeling of
love. But both of them clearly seems to be bored of their routine life and
wanted some excitement from one another.
There is also a part in the book where Linda tries to trap
Jacob’s wife out of jealousy. Linda tries to keep drugs in her bag so that she
will be arrested. While the author tries to show it as a process of adultery and
some form of depression. This whole story of Jacob and Linda seems to be
lacking in some kind.
After going through the main theme I wished the ending to be
different and motivating in some way. But the relationship between Jacob and
Linda ended by their last sexual meeting where Linda says it was their last
meeting. Then out of the blue she goes on vacation with her husband and finds
meaning of life. I don’t understand the essence of her talking with eagle while
paragliding during the vacation.
The author has tried to garnish the novel with his life and
love quotes. But it has failed to cover up the bitterness of the main theme.
For the potential readers of Paulo Coelho like me, the novel will be complete
disappointment and failed to live up to my expectations. It will certainly
leave you with bitterness and incompleteness.
